This Griddler is a nice unit (2010-04-01)
My George Forman died in action and sadly I couldn't find the exact unit. Well, visit Amazon and start the search and I located this unit. I already have cuisinart around the kitchen and I was hoping for the same level of quality and value. This works well and I use it often. The only issue I've found is it really mashed down my panini. I'll watch it closer next time as it may have been my error. It's high quality, looks good and is a good value.

love this thing! Use it way more that I thought I would and purchased this smaller one as a test drive, now wish I had the bigger grill!
Cuisinart Griddler Jr (2010-03-12)
I am very satisfied with this grill. It is very compact, easy to operate and easy to clean. It works perfectly for a single person - grilling burgers, hotdogs, chicken cutlets etc. I was not really interested in the panini recipes.
Two small objections - I wish it had a chart for settings and timing for this type of grilling. Secondly, the little cups designed to catch grease do not really stay in place and do not do the job.
